Transportation network users’ behavior under new sharing systems

Nadia Tahmasbi joined the Luxembourg Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LCL) as a full-time PhD student in October 2019.

 Nadia completed her Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering at Babol Noshirvani University of Technology (ranked first among Iranian universities according to THE ranking) in 2012.

She also holds a Master degree in Industrial Engineering at Alzahra University in Iran with thesis title “Two-phase framework for green supplier selection and order allocation”.

She published conference papers related to queuing system and location analysis in prestigious conferences in Iran during her master studies. Nadia also worked as a Maintenance Planner at Savana production group from 2013 to 2014.

Her current research focuses on transportation network users’ behavior under new sharing systems such as car and bike sharing under supervision of Prof. Joachim Arts and Prof. Francesco Viti.
