Workshop “Road to Creation”: Discussion with the Artists and Poster Presentation on Thursday 30 June from 10.00 to 12.00

The Kunstuniverstität Linz, department of Interface Cultures, in collaboration with the Department of Computer Science, FSTM, proudly presents six artworks that have never been exhibited before!

Through this special exhibition, you’ll have the chance to peek into how the new generation of international artists think and create around one of the hottest topics today: Critical Data.

We hope that as much as the topic has an impact on everyone, interweaving nearly every aspect of our lives, our exhibition will have an impact on you!

The following international artists are presenting their research-based art projects:

Barbara Jazbec

Kevin Blackistone

Sara Koniarek

Razieh KooshkiVahid Ghaderi and

Kristina Tica

Dafni Xanthopoulou

They will be collaborating with UniLu computer scientists Fatima Zahra and Nooshin Shojaee.

During the exhibition opening and the poster presentation, the artists will be present to discuss their works. We invite you to be part of the discussion!

This collaboration project is organised by Manuela Naveau from Interface Cultures, Institute of Media at Kunstuniverstität Linz, Austria and Daniel Karpati from the University of Luxembourg, Faculty of Science, Technology, and Medicine, Department of Computer Science in the framework of the European Capital of Culture initiative, Esch2022.
