The Fulbright programme has a proud history of offering study grants to Luxembourg and American scholars, lecturers, researchers, and some professionals to pursue advanced studies in the United States or Luxembourg.

Fulbright is supported by the governments of the United States and Luxembourg.

Who is eligible? 

Luxembourg citizens who wish to pursue an advanced degree (non-degree and degree – seeking Masters), or research (non-degree and PhD researchers) are eligible.

How do I apply? 

Luxembourgers can visit http://Luxembourg.usembassy.gov/ to learn about programmes and application procedures.

What is a study grant? 

A study grant is up to $20,000 to assist with one year of studies for an advanced degree programme or other designated programme; the grant can be used for tuition, books, living expenses and other costs.

What is the deadline for application? 

May 1, 2011 for studies to begin Fall 2012
