Examinations are a normal part of the journey when aiming for a degree and are a way to assess your knowledge and learning at different points during your university journey.

Before an examination period, it is normal to feel a bit of pressure and stress. The good news is, there are a number of things you can do to help you get prepared as well as deal with the stress you might be feeling.
