Moatssim SAIF (Almoatssimbillah SAIFALDAWLA) received his Master’s degree from the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (China) in 2022. His research interests are in wireless communications, IoT, resource management, and machine learning for satellite communications. Moatssim joined the Signal Processing & Satellite Communications research group, SIGCOM, headed by Prof. Symeon Chatzinotas and he will be advised by Dr. Eva Lagunas.
