Iván Abellán Alvarez received his Master's degree from the Edinburgh Napier University (UK), in 2020. He worked in the IT security industry assessing applications security. His research interests are in computer security with focus on cryptography, blockchain and privacy-related methods. Iván joined the Digital Financial Services and Cross-Organizational Digital Transformations research group, FINATRAX, headed by Prof. Gilbert Fridgen and she will be advised by the latter.
