Fernando Kaway CARVALHO OTA received his Master degree in Computer Science, from the University of São Paulo State (Brazil), in 2016. He has a long working experience from the banking sector, as cyber security assessor. His research interests are in mobile app security and machine learning applied to fraud prevention and anti-money laundering. Fernando Kaway joined the Service and Data Management in Distributed Systems group, SEDAN, headed by Dr. Radu State.
