We are excited to announce that our FNR-funded DECEPTICON project is organizing a panel discussion titled “Casting Light On Dark Patterns” in collaboration with IAPP Luxembourg Knowledge Net. The event will take place at Salle des Conseils D17 – 6 rue R. Coudenhove-Kalerg, Kirchberg Campus, on Tuesday 7 March at 18:00, followed by networking.
The panel discussion will be conducted in English and will feature four expert speakers: Arianna Rossi, Lorena Sanchez Chamorro, Arron “Finux” Finnon, and Vincent Legeleux. They will share their experiences and insights on the topic of dark patterns, which are user interfaces designed to trick users into taking actions they might not have taken otherwise.
This event is a great opportunity for privacy professionals and enthusiasts to learn from experts and engage in a lively discussion on this important topic. Attendees will also have the chance to network and meet fellow professionals and students.
