Equality Working Group
The Equality Working Group (EWG) of SnT was established in 2021 with the aim of improving the gender balance of our research centre. Their work includes organising initiatives and training to improve gender balance at SnT, as well as supporting and contributing to the actions of the University of Luxembourg’s Gender Equality Committee.
The EWG gathers throughout the month and communicates through a dedicated Teams Channel. All members are volunteers who want to make a visible change to the existing culture in the workplace environment on a local, national, and international level.
