The new Bachelor in Medicine team welcomed 125 students during the launch of the academic year 2020-2021, which started on 14 September 2020 at the University of Luxembourg. They inaugurated the first year of the study programme, which will expand into a 2nd year in 2021 and a 3rd year in 2022. The team wishes the students lots of success in their university studies.

Led by Professor Gilbert Massard, the Bachelor in Medicine team, which includes professors, course organisers, project managers and administrative support staff, virtually welcomed the new and first Bachelor in Medicine students during an online information session.

During their academic years, students will benefit from the most suitable infrastructures available on the different sites of the University of Luxembourg and will be able to count on the support of the highly motivated team. The Bachelor programme in Medicine also focuses on the early development of clinical skills through simulation training and tutoring by physicians with proven pedagogical abilities.
