After completing Law school (Saarbrücken & Strasbourg), Marc Weltmann graduated as Master both in Defense studies (Montpellier) and International procurement (Cergy). He is an experienced procurement manager with practice in public and private organizations. He is a former Quartermaster Officer of the French armed forces and is now Managing director of an international procurement office (IPO).
As a PhD student at the University of Luxemburg, Marc Weltmann conducts research in the field of Comparative Public Policies with a focus on risk management at universities. He is lecturer at the University of Montpellier, where he teaches the course “The non-state organizations in modern times armed conflicts”.
