Friday Jan 18th the Institute of Geography and Spatial planning are hosting a small workshop to mark the end of the H2020 CrossCult project.
We will be reflecting upon the role that locative technology plays in contributing to cultural heritage and place-making.

Our Guest Speaker will be Prof. Dr Mona Hess from the University of Bamberg. Who will key a talk about the Genius loci and digital cultural heritage.
There will also be a series of shorter presentations that highlight different research using location-based technology.
Examples from the CrossCult project will explore both the indoor and outdoor perspectives for cultural heritage contexts.
