This five-day interdisciplinary workshop, dedicated to high-school students aged 15 and over, combines biology, mathematics and computer science.
The Scienteens Academy focuses on Systems Biology. During the week spent at the Scienteens Lab, the participants analyse the growth behaviour and the enzyme activity of the bacterium Escherichia coli. It is a unique opportunity to work in a lab with other students, to learn more about biological processes, develop mathematical models and run computer simulations.
