Director's office
The LCSB Directors Office team supports the Director in his daily operational routines and administrative processes. It acts as an interface between the Director and stakeholders on diverse levels and fields. For example, related to LCSB it interacts with LCSB research groups, as well as LCSB Scientific Advisory Board. Related to UL central services, it connects with the UL Management Team, Rectorate and Board of Governors. Beside UL internal tasks and topics, the team also bridges toward LCSB external stakeholders.
The Directors Office supports in drafting strategic texts and requests, reports and presentations for the Director and follows up on related activities. The team coordinates internal committee meetings and follows the KPIs of the Centre.
