The EAIE (European Association for International Education) is a European centre for expertise, networking and resources in the field of internationalization of higher education. Its annual conference is attended by higher education professionals and in particular international relations officers from all over the world.
The Annual Conference gathered close to 6300 visitors, speakers and exhibitors from 90 different countries, all working within the field of higher education.
The University of Luxembourg and the Embassy of Luxembourg to Spain organized a reception for some of our important partners who were at the EAIE.
The reception was attended by the Ambassador, H.E Mr. Christian Biever and the Honorary Consulate Mrs. Blanca Gallud plus 23 invited University representatives.
Over the conference, the team of University of Luxembourg met with several universities in order to create new links. The UniLu team also met with established partners to further strengthen our existing Erasmus and Global exchange student mobility programmes.
The UniLu’s stand gave our university great visibility and attracted many visitors from all over the world including the United Kingdom, South Korea, Switzerland, Japan, South Africa, Taiwan, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and the United States. A wealth of nations somehow came to Luxembourg.
The next EAIE conference is set to take place in Rotterdam (NL) from 26-29 September 2023.
