Business Law

The Business Law group focuses on:

• European, international and Luxembourg banking and financial law;
• European, international and Luxembourg company law.

The group studies business law from various angles and engages in normative as well as comparative research.

Projects of the members of the Business Law group focus on analysing:

• the reforms that took place in European banking and financial law following the 2007 financial crisis;
• the development of European and Luxembourg company law.
