Make your voice heard and participate in our writing contest! The University of Luxembourg’s Institute of English Studies has teamed up with the Luxembourg’s English-speaking publisher Black Fountain Press to launch the “Young Voices” writing contest.
Young authors are welcome to enter short fiction, short stories or flash fiction (no poetry). The contest is open to two age groups: 16 – 19 years and 19 – 26 years.
Closing date for the entries is 1 January 2020 and the winners will be announced on 28 March 2020 and presented and celebrated at a public reading event.
A winner will be chosen from each category. Each winner will receive 200 €, while the second placed entry will receive 100 €. The winning texts will be published by Black Fountain Press.
