Preventing and Resolving Conflicts of Jurisdiction in EU Criminal Law

The conference will present the outcomes of a major comparative study, carried out at the University of Luxembourg in conjunction with the European Law Institute, on how to prevent and solve conflicts of jurisdiction in criminal matters in the European Union. The conference aims to generate discussion amongst academics and practitioners from different European and non-European countries, and to make a concrete impact on EU criminal law policy.
