Melvin Drent receives Prins Bernhard fellowship

LCL PhD student Melvin Drent has been awarded a “Prins Bernhard fellowship” for his research visit at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from September to December 2019.

This prestigious fellowship is awarded to talented Dutch scholars, who wish to pursue research at renowned institutes abroad.

The fellowship is accompanied with a stipend that covers most expenses incurred during the visit. While staying at MIT, Melvin will be hosted by the Sustainable Logistics Initiative, where his research will focus on green inventory management.
