My invitation

How to I proceed to receive my invitation?

  1. The Secretary of Training confirms that you have successfully completed your studies.
  2. You receive an email (to your uni.lu student e-mail) asking you to log in to the Guichet Etudiant and print your transcript of records. You can then validate your transcript or appeal to one or more grades.
  3. If you validate your transcript, you can download your certificate of achievement.
If you appeal against your transcript, an e-mail is sent to the course secretary. After the Faculty has made a decision on the appeal, the secretary of formation confirms the modification or not, with justification. Then return to point 2.
