Yannick Frantz is a PhD Candidate at the C²DH. Within the research project MEMLUXSHOAH and in partnership with the Fondation luxembourgeoise pour la mémoire de la Shoah he is contributing to the creation and expansion of the Mémorial digital de la Shoah au Luxembourg. In the same context, he is realizing a doctoral thesis on a prospographic study of Jewish victim groups in Luxembourg during the Holocaust.

Yannick holds a Bachelor´s degree in History from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and a Master’s degree in Contemporary History from the Université Paris-Sorbonne and the Université Paul-Valéry- Montpellier. He is currently finishing a second Master´s degree in Holocaust Studies at the University of Haifa (Israel).

His research focus lies on Social History, Migration History, and the History of the Holocaust.
