Kevin Goergen is a doctoral researcher working on the colonial history of Luxembourg – COLUX project at the C²DH.
Kevin Goergen holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Sociology and History, and a Master in History from the Free University of Berlin. He worked as an assistant at the Department of African Studies (African History) at the Humboldt University Berlin.
His research focus is on Global, Labour and Social History. His master thesis focused on the colonial state and resistance, by using the case of the German colonization of the Cross River region in Cameroon.
