DIPS

In the last decade, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) has been increasingly recognized as an essential feature for competitiveness of enterprises as well as an important mechanism for the stimulation of innovation. The objective of this pilot project is to create an education-concept aimed at learning the skills and knowledge requested to manage IPR in enterprises. The course, specifically designed for preparing persons to assess immaterial assets and to manage IPR in companies, will give an identity to the IPR-management function in enterprises. The concept will be based on the combination of traditional on-site education and technology based distance learning. It will be adaptable to existing University courses and continuing education schemes.
